CONDITIONS FOR ACCREDITATION
Press badges will only be issued to journalists planning to publish editorial about the Fair, or who have firm assignments. The press must apply in advance to attend the Fair on either the Early Access (Thursday, 12 March), Collectors Preview (Friday, 13 March), or from Saturday, 14 March, to Thursday, 19 March. Accreditation is granted at the discretion of Press Office staff. Visitors, advertising sales representatives, PR staff of companies and events and other interested parties can buy a ticket at the ticket office. Please note: touting for business and the unauthorized distribution of publications at the Fair or within the MECC is not permitted under any circumstances.
ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE
Press should submit applications for accreditation to the Press Office at least two weeks in advance. You may be asked to send a copy of previously published articles about TEFAF. The same applies to articles written after your next visit to the fair.
PRESS BADGE REGULATIONS
Upon collection of the press badge, a valid form of personal identification must be presented.
Press Badges are issued on a daily basis and must be collected each day of attendance.
All Press Badges are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or passed on to third parties.
PHOTOGRAPHY, RADIO, TELEVISION AND VIDEO RECORDING
The accreditation rules also apply to photographers, broadcasters and camera crews. Please ensure that you report to the Press Office before you start filming/recording/photographing. The Fair is a commercial platform for all exhibitors and there are times when recording/photographing could be an intrusion. As such, we request that you always ask the exhibitor's permission before capturing their stand. Making recordings for commercial purposes and filming in the business lounges are not permitted unless the Fair organisers have given permission in writing.
PRESS ROOM
In the Press Room there is space for work and leaving your personal belongings you do not wish to take into the fair, this is subject to availability, TEFAF is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
